Rigging holds thousands of pounds directly over people, and it's often the one system nobody has looked at in years. ANSI/ESTA E1.47, the industry guideline for entertainment rigging, calls for an inspection every year, and again any time equipment is installed, altered, or repaired. Most school auditoriums, theaters, and houses of worship are well past that mark, and some have never had a formal inspection at all. Our ETCP certified riggers inspect the full system rather than a sample of it, then hand you a written report with photos and a prioritized list of what has to be corrected before the next use. We inspect venues across Raleigh, the Triangle, and the Southeast.

In 2018, OnPoint was established as a rigging equipment rental company. Founded by Husband and Wife team, James and Caroline, OnPoint was born with a commitment to high-quality rigging equipment and delivering great service as the building blocks of strong ongoing relationships.
What We Do
We leverage an extensive inventory of equipment, an experienced local labor pool, and deep knowledge of local venues to build our client's vision. Bringing an event off the design page and into the venue is what we do best.
