PRIVATE CORPORATE EVENT at The Raleigh Convention Center
Transforming a traditional exhibit hall into a venue fit for a full-scale theatrical production, this corporate event required both vision and precision. With tight timelines and a highly consultative planning phase, the result was nothing short of spectacular. Next door, an equally dramatic transformation unfolded, creating an immersive party scene straight out of 1980s Florida. Extensive rigging was employed to suspend lighting, audio, and LED elements, while the entire room was wrapped in dramatic drape to enhance the visual impact. Purpose-built staging provided a sturdy platform for company presenters, ensuring functionality matched the bold aesthetics.

A dynamic entrance began with a striking welcome arch, setting the tone for a high-energy experience. Truss goalpost structures were strategically installed to support massive video walls used for both VIP experiences and live basketball action. These elements came together through complex installations of engineered structures, designed to withstand and adapt to the challenges of difficult terrain, ensuring both safety and visual impact in every detail.
